Wedding Guest Concierge in Bali
Villas for the guests, every arrival, the welcome dinner, the days in between, and the honeymoon, looked after in Bali while your wedding planner focuses on the day itself.
Book a Complimentary CallGuests fly in days before a Bali wedding and stay on after it. They need somewhere to sleep, a way to get around, and something to do. We look after all of that, and leave the ceremony, the styling, and the day itself to your wedding planner.
What We Arrange
Everything outside the wedding timeline, planned as one trip for the couple and every guest.
Every wedding trip is quoted for its own plan. The first step is a complimentary call to talk through the guest list, the dates, and the venue.
Alongside Your Wedding Planner
Your wedding planner runs the wedding. We run the trip around it, and the two plans are built to fit together.
The ceremony, the venue, styling and flowers, the wedding-day vendors, and the running order from the first guest seated to the last dance.
Where every guest stays, how they get around, the welcome and recovery events, the days in between, and the honeymoon once everyone has flown home.
We work from the planner's wedding timeline, keep our events clear of theirs, and get guests to the venue on time.
If your couples' guests need looking after while you focus on the wedding, we'd like to work with you. Get in touch.
A Recent Engagement
A family celebration with guests flying in from more than 11 countries, the same shape as a wedding week. Three properties run as one, staggered arrivals, two headline dinners, a private boat cruise, and a team on site for all eight days.
Common Questions
We look after everything around the wedding: accommodation for the guests, airport transfers, welcome and recovery events, days out, and the honeymoon. The ceremony, styling, and wedding-day vendors stay with your wedding planner, and we coordinate with them so the two plans fit together.
Yes. We source villas and hotels near the wedding venue for the wider guest list, from one estate for close family to several villas and a hotel block for a larger group, and manage the bookings as one plan so guests have one point of contact for everything.
Yes. Welcome drinks or a welcome dinner as guests arrive, and a relaxed pool party or long lunch the day after the wedding, are two of the events we arrange most often. We plan the venue, food, music, and transport, and share timings with your wedding planner so nothing clashes with the wedding schedule.
Yes. Many couples stay on after the guests fly home. We arrange a private villa somewhere quieter, such as Ubud, Uluwatu, or the Nusa islands, with a couple's spa day, a private dinner, and a driver, so the first days of married life need no planning at all.
Your wedding planner owns the wedding day. We own the guests' trip around it. We share one timeline with the planner, keep our events clear of theirs, and handle guest questions about stays, transport, and activities directly, so the planner's team stays focused on the wedding itself. Wedding planners are also welcome to introduce their couples to us.
Groups typically run 10 to 60 guests, and we have run single events for 70-plus. Larger guest lists are spread across several villas and hotels, booked and managed as one plan, with staggered arrivals and departures handled for every guest.
As soon as the date and venue are set. Villas near popular wedding venues book out early, especially in the dry season, and six to twelve months gives the widest choice. Smaller groups can be arranged with less notice, so it's worth asking even if the date is close.
