Rest, Reset,
Fully Arranged.

Private wellness retreats for couples, friends and groups: yoga, spa, sound healing, clean food and quiet villas, planned and run in Bali so the only thing on your schedule is you.

Book a Complimentary Call

A wellness week only works if nobody has to think about logistics. We source the villa, book the teachers and therapists, set the menu with the chef, and keep the days unhurried, so the group arrives, switches off, and stays that way.

What We Arrange

Three Ways
to Retreat

Who's coming shapes the week. Here's how each kind of retreat usually comes together.

The Private Group Retreat

  • ✦A villa or boutique retreat property that holds the whole group
  • ✦Daily yoga, breathwork or pilates with a teacher matched to the group
  • ✦A private chef with plant-forward menus and every dietary need covered
  • ✦Massage therapists and spa treatments brought to the villa
  • ✦Sound healing, ice bath and sauna sessions
  • ✦Airport transfers and a driver for every outing

The Couples or Friends Reset

  • ✦A quiet villa in Ubud's jungle or on the coast
  • ✦Balinese massage, body scrubs and flower baths
  • ✦Morning yoga at the villa or a jungle shala
  • ✦Healthy restaurant bookings and fresh juice deliveries
  • ✦A melukat water blessing at a sacred spring
  • ✦Days with room to do nothing at all

The Retreat Host Package

  • ✦For teachers and coaches running their own retreat
  • ✦Venue sourcing with a yoga deck or shala and space for the group
  • ✦Guest arrivals, transfers and welcome on the ground
  • ✦Excursions: Mount Batur sunrise, waterfalls, temples
  • ✦Chef, therapists and photographer booked and briefed
  • ✦On-site support, so the host can focus on teaching

Every retreat is quoted for its own plan. The first step is a complimentary call to talk through the group, the dates, and what everyone needs to get out of the week.

Ideas for the Week

Ways to Unwind
in Bali

A few of the experiences we build wellness weeks around. Most groups choose a handful and leave the rest of the time open.

A melukat water blessing

A traditional purification ritual at a sacred spring, guided by a local priest, with sarongs and offerings arranged.

A sunrise on Mount Batur

An early trek to the crater rim for sunrise, breakfast cooked on volcanic steam, and back at the villa by lunch.

A sound healing session

Singing bowls and gongs in a jungle setting or at the villa, often paired with a guided meditation.

A massage and flower bath at the villa

Therapists come to you for a traditional Balinese massage, followed by a bath scattered with frangipani.

Yoga at a jungle shala

Morning classes in an open-air studio above the river valley, for beginners and experienced students alike.

A rice terrace walk

An easy morning walk through Ubud's terraces before the heat, with a local guide and coffee at the end.

Ice bath and sauna recovery

Contrast therapy sessions booked for the group, a favourite with fitness-focused retreats.

A jamu and cooking class

Learn to make traditional Balinese herbal tonics and a plant-based lunch with a local cook.

From Our Google Reviews

"The team connected us with the best drivers, massage therapists (best massage of my life!!) fresh fruit juice deliveries and so many other amazing people along the way… We also did the most incredible hike which we would've never known about, without Rendezvous Bali."

Common Questions

Wellness Retreats, Explained

What does a wellness retreat in Bali include?

It depends on the group, but most of our retreats combine a private villa or retreat venue, daily yoga or breathwork, massage and spa treatments, healthy meals from a private chef, and a few excursions such as a melukat water blessing or a Mount Batur sunrise. We arrange all of it, along with transfers and a driver, and leave plenty of unscheduled time.

Where in Bali is best for a wellness retreat?

Ubud is the classic choice, with jungle, rice terraces, yoga studios and sacred springs close by. The coast around Uluwatu and Canggu suits groups who want the ocean and a little more energy, while the quieter north and east, around Munduk and Sidemen, suit groups who want real seclusion. We recommend based on what the group wants from the week.

Can you organise a private yoga retreat for our group?

Yes. We find a villa or venue with space to practise, match the group with a teacher for their style and level, and build the rest of the week around the sessions: meals, treatments, excursions and free time.

I'm a teacher running my own retreat. Can you handle the logistics?

Yes. We source the venue, look after guest arrivals and transfers, book the chef, therapists and photographer, and run the excursions, with a team on the ground so you can focus on teaching and on your guests.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy needs are collected before arrival and briefed to the chef and every restaurant we book, so each guest is looked after at every meal.

How far in advance should we plan a wellness retreat in Bali?

For a group retreat, three to six months gives the best choice of villas, venues and teachers, especially in peak season. Smaller groups and couples can plan with less notice, so it's worth asking even if the dates are close.
